With a little luck, Shqiponja FC's Richard Hammarström got control of the ball when Csongor Tálas tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Shqiponja FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Lars Månsson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Vérsárkány SE's Albert Puskás got a free kick in the 10th minute. Vérsárkány SE's László Salgó was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Shqiponja FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. D.J. Smith hit a great ball. Richard Hammarström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nimród Tálas in the 18th minute of play. Isac Lundqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vérsárkány SE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tibor Kun in the 28th minute. Nimród Tálass short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Richard Hammarström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Richard Hammarström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nimród Tálas, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th play minute Albert Puskás came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Richard Hammarström. 3-0. 42 minutes into the game, Vérsárkány SE's Albert Puskás nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Hammarström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 44 played minutes Shqiponja FC got a freekick which was hit by D.J. Smith. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nimród Tálas made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Isac Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bandit Sarap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Csongor Tálas notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Shqiponja FC's Richard Hammarström. Richard Hammarström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vérsárkány SE's Máté Kőváry was substituted for László Salgó. In the 68th minute, Máté Kőváry made a precise shot to the right of Richard Hammarström. Shqiponja FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After 73 played minutes Vérsárkány SE got a freekick which was hit by Csaba Miklós. Bandit Sarap made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hjalmar Holm in the 79th minute. Richard Hammarström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibor Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes, Albert Puskás made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Shqiponja FC's Richard Hammarström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Richard Hammarström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csongor Tálas in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Nimród Tálas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vérsárkány SE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Bandit Sarap made an important save on a dangerous shot by D.J. Smith in the 94th minute. Vérsárkány SE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
