Loreto Palanques came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Luís Hernandez. But to his dismay, Luís Hernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Conrado Mouricio hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The AlmaToran players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atletas Campesinos F.C. were winning 0-4.

52 minutes into the match, Luís Hernandez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Loreto Palanques, 0-5. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Rosio should have stopped the shot.
