The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Vila Industrial FC's César Boldrini got control of the ball when Sataporn Snabl tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Roland Brack made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Santilli. KIA KAHA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Fabio Santilli came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Industrial FC's Roland Brack. But to his dismay, Roland Brack quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Vila Industrial FC were furious when Rodolfo Vianna was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Vila Industrial FC's Jan-Erik Ryberg was substituted for Paulinho de Queiroz. In the 22nd minute, one of Vila Industrial FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vila Industrial FC. 1-2 came in the 25th minute when Karl-Erik Lind all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of César Boldrini. 29 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Ryberg came free, but Fabio Santilli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in KIA KAHA's zone, Jan-Erik Ryberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Santilli came out of the goal and Jan-Erik Ryberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Ryberg in the 40th minute of play forced KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Fabio Santilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Fabio Santilli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Erik Ryberg. After having played for 62 minutes, Black Power managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vila Industrial FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Black Power was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KIA KAHA's Daniel Glanselius was substituted for Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos. Vila Industrial FC made a substitution. Dorian Valladares replaced Roland Brack. In the 73rd minute of the match, Timmy Zander got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabio Santilli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Karl-Henry Roos got a throw-in 75 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Björn Ahlberg. In the 80th minute, KIA KAHA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roberto Cibran fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With an all-out effort, Vila Industrial FC's Fabio Santilli threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jan-Erik Ryberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Karl-Henry Roos made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Glanselius however managed to control.
