Racing Club【LBF】's Cláudio Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chairil Pelani in the 18th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jesper Åkerberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cláudio Taffarel. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Racing Club【LBF】's goal looked a bit too open when Chairil Pelani came free, but Cláudio Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Racing Club【LBF】 getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Alejo Galoer hit a great ball. When Samuel Frisco fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Domingos Lain charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingos Lain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
