Dante Erramu was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Ezequiel Ortiz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ezequiel Ortiz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The throw-in from Teodoro Dubardo in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Defensores de Belén's Baldomiro Anaya. Gaston Frantzes hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a beautiful solo achivement in the 13th minute, Kaur Laving easily set the score to 2-0 through a well directed shot that entered the goal by the right post. In the 19th minute Jânio Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Erramu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Torreão OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ján Griščík to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tao Ke Qiang in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zézinho Freitas saved Torreão OFF from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Jânio Lira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Erramu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. With a little luck, Defensores de Belén's Dante Erramu got control of the ball when Ezequiel Ortiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ezequiel Ortiz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dante Erramu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Dante Erramu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Defensores de Belén's attentive Cornelio Abastas managed to snatch the ball when Ján Griščík made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. In the 57th minute of the match Torreão OFF got a corner. Defensores de Belén's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kaur Laving ran over to the corner to take the kick. Torreão OFF's Eduardo Prado quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Carolo Rio, made in the 61st minute of the game. In the 63rd minute Jânio Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Erramu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zézinho Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tao Ke Qiang in the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Cornelio Abastas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Tao Ke Qiang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Torreão OFF's Ján Griščík got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Belén's zone, Jânio Lira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Erramu came out of the goal and Jânio Lira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Torreão OFF getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Samuca Mineiro hit a great ball. In the 90th minute of the match Gaston Frantzes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zézinho Freitas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 91st match minute, Torreão OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ján Griščík to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd match minute, Defensores de Belén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Abastas to maneuver through the defense. With 94 minutes on the clock, Virgilio Salvator commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 95 played minutes Defensores de Belén got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Salvator. Ján Griščík didn't quite understand what happened when in the 96 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
