The audience thought a goal was coming when Tibor Berkes got free with Ruy Montenegro in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tibor Berkes made a kick off. Cezary Bartoszek made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cezary Bartoszek however managed to control. Cyprian Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 55th minute of play. Cyprian Trzenzalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in RompePiernas FC's zone, Gernando Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyprian Trzenzalski came out of the goal and Gernando Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Wiklund came free, but Ruy Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Jokin hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Gernando Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gernando Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman Quexal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Cyprian Trzenzalski made a huge save. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arjen Robben in the 83rd minute. The throw-in from Doctor Tarres in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Fortunato Froněk. Efrain Cebo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Roman Quexal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Trzenzalski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olle Wiklund in the 96th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
