The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliano Cordeiro got free with Józef Wandzik in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baron Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Odachowski in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Dark Drinkers Sanok's Józef Wandzik got control of the ball when Bradley Barrett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernard Czeberowski made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Benet Amorebieta however managed to control. Józef Wandzik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Başdemir in the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Benet Amorebieta notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baron Buffon. Baron Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuralp Başdemir was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Dark Drinkers Sanok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Czeberowski to maneuver through the defense. Los Muñes de Don Cuco made a substitution. Ramon Pero replaced Peyami Hasanbeyli. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Rien Oss was substituted for Nuralp Başdemir. A collision led to Los Muñes de Don Cuco getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Józef Wandzik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rien Oss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Segundo Gervaso got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 94th match minute, Dark Drinkers Sanok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Czeberowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute of the match Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a corner. Dark Drinkers Sanok's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guaberto Jacindo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
