After 10 minutes of play, GreenUnited's Max Stevens made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xander Goos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Tarrasque Voador F.C. booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Laine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianpaolo Lovera in the 17th minute of play. GreenUnited's Edward Chaniago managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Napoleon Furgal in the 19 minute of the game. Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianpaolo Lovera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalkeeper Xander Goos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, GreenUnited was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simeon Parks to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in GreenUnited's zone, Carlos Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastián Torrico came out of the goal and Carlos Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xander Goos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Chaniago in the 44th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Carlomagno Vellosillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Shen Sang Hao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Shen Sang Hao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastián Torrico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

GreenUnited's Michalis Kourtis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The GreenUnited fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tarrasque Voador F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
