In the 4th match minute, Club A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Victoro to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Havier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oinomoas Tekosis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakes Ortiz in the 9th minute of play forced Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper Epifanio Havier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Rubén Litago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Epifanio Havier. Club A. Independiente's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rubén Litago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the Club A. Independiente defense, Rubén Litago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Havier. The Club A. Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Havier should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute Rubén Litago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Havier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Rubén Litago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club A. Independiente's Epifanio Havier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Rubén Litago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Havier was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 36th match minute, Club A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Ishmael to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Rubén Litago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Epifanio Havier. Club A. Independiente's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rubén Litago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Elvio Tancredo charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Tancredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elvio Tancredo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Club A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén Litago came free, but Epifanio Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Havier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakes Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. VAR is coming's José Julio Alberti was substituted for Mircea Rednic. In the 44th minute, Severino Eneto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Club A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén Litago came free, but Epifanio Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes of play, VAR is coming's Jakes Ortiz made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Epifanio Havier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Ishmael stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Club A. Independiente getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Aquilino Karlo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rubén Litago in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Havier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56thth minute of the game Rubén Litago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club A. Independiente's Epifanio Havier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Emanuel Holmgren notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Club A. Independiente's Epifanio Havier. Epifanio Havier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Epifanio Havier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakes Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes Club A. Independiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Holmgren who took care of the corner kick. Jakes Ortiz hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Epifanio Havier came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by VAR is coming's Rubén Litago. But to his dismay, Rubén Litago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. VAR is coming made a substitution. Sigfrido Coira replaced Oinomoas Tekosis. VAR is coming's M. Agus De Almeida was substituted for Rubén Litago. Epifanio Havier was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but M. Agus De Almeida showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 78 minute of play. Club A. Independiente's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when M. Agus De Almeida scored to the left of an out of position Epifanio Havier, making the score, 0-9. In the 91st minute, Jakes Ortiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VAR is coming fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. Adrian Pacifico hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakes Ortiz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Epifanio Havier. That made the score 0-12 in the 97 minute of play. VAR is coming played a much better game than Club A. Independiente and deserved their victory. The Club A. Independiente players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
