Edgardo Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugon Lenertej made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alperen Öksüz in the 9th minute. Edgardo Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugon Lenertej read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Zdzislaw Dembowski's late challenge caught a New England Minas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zdzislaw Dembowski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SS SuperSonics's Zdzislaw Dembowski got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Tony Pacheco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugon Lenertej was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Tony Pacheco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Hugon Lenertej made a huge save. Tony Pacheco had several of the SS SuperSonics's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Hugon Lenertej as he didn't even see the shot coming. The throw-in from Ye Gang Cheng in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SS SuperSonics's Zdzislaw Dembowski. Hugon Lenertej showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Silva in the 28th minute of the match. Hugon Lenertej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Silva came free, but Hugon Lenertej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugon Lenertej made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Tony Pacheco sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's Ganga Banga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremy Nicholas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tony Pacheco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Hugon Lenertej 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Ye Gang Cheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. SS SuperSonics's Zdzislaw Dembowski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Edgardo Silva took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugon Lenertej. Hugon Lenertej dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 44 played minutes SS SuperSonics got a freekick which was hit by Zdzislaw Dembowski. 45 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Silva came free, but Hugon Lenertej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szczepan Opat during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Korneliusz Panasewicz made a kick off. SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Silva in the 52nd minute of play. Hugon Lenertej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59thth minute of the game Edgardo Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Tony Pacheco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New England Minas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. New England Minas's Tio Lio was substituted for Alperen Öksüz. Hugon Lenertej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New England Minas's Arturo Sito was substituted for Edgardo Silva. Hugon Lenertej showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Sito in the 83rd minute of the match. Arturo Sito might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugon Lenertej. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Sito ran back to his position shaking his head. SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Sito in the 89th minute of play. After 89 played minutes SS SuperSonics got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Opat. 90 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Sito came free, but Hugon Lenertej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that New England Minas were the better team. New England Minas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
