The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sixten Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaltino Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 16th minute Carlos Alberto Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bobbo Breitner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixten Nordström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Rogério Mello made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Torsten Lekberg sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Lillhärdal BF booed when Nascidos Para Jogar F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Carlos Alberto Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Alberto Massa in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixten Nordström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 played minutes Lillhärdal BF got a freekick which was hit by Olov Paulin. Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's Rogério Mello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Nascidos Para Jogar F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute Volli Ant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Volli Ant scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sixten Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the game, Torsten Lekberg lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Rogério Mello. João Francisco Lucas hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Isaltino Fonseca scored 1-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sixten Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Nascidos Para Jogar F.C were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tord Kämpe made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Nascidos Para Jogar F.C booed when Lillhärdal BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gong Xi Bo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixten Nordström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Massa in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th play minute Isaltino Fonseca came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sixten Nordström. 1-4. 58 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Sixten Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaltino Fonseca. A collision led to Lillhärdal BF getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Qin Han Jing hit a great ball. Sixten Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the game, Torsten Lekberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Rogério Mello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sixten Nordström came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's Carlos Alberto Massa. But to his dismay, Carlos Alberto Massa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Edgar Bornescu charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Bornescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgar Bornescu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Isaltino Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Lekberg came free, but Rogério Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixten Nordström made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Isaltino Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. Sixten Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobbo Breitner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixten Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Fonseca in the 92nd minute of play. Nascidos Para Jogar F.C played a much better game than Lillhärdal BF and deserved their victory. The Lillhärdal BF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
