The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Tang Di Nan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Koolkerke and the Vitória StrikerS™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tang Di Nan hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Erlingur Haaland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rosendo Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Carabajal in the 15th minute of the match. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Vidal in the 17th minute of play. If Alex Koit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Vitória StrikerS™ booed when AFC Koolkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Koit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Avery Novaks short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Ulises Steven to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Robertinho Carabajal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Vidal in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 minutes of play AFC Koolkerke's Tang Di Nan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 46th minute of the match Rogério Vidal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulises Steven skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robertinho Carabajal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Avery Novak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ulises Steven was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Joseph Smits could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Rosendo Oinatz however easily saved by the left post. Rosendo Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robertinho Carabajal in the 64th minute of play. Rosendo Oinatz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 65th minute. If Robertinho Carabajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vitória StrikerS™'s Cláudio Lisboa was substituted for Erlingur Haaland. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 77th minute of play forced Vitória StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Rosendo Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Vitória StrikerS™'s Avery Novak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulises Steven made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The supporters of AFC Koolkerke booed when Vitória StrikerS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Lisboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robertinho Carabajal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Rosendo Oinatz made a huge save. 94 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Lisboa came free, but Ulises Steven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Vitória StrikerS™ were victorious despite being under pressure from AFC Koolkerke for much of the match.
