The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Vitória StrikerS™'s Rosendo Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eberhard Kobe in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Vorwärts Lübeck were the better team. Vorwärts Lübeck's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
