But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wessel Bos couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emiliano Felice during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wessel Bos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcial Cisquella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Cisquella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wessel Bos in the 28th minute of the match. Marcial Cisquella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wessel Bos's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. A collision led to The Handsome Wizards UTD getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Claudio Antonangeli hit a great ball. KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Antonangeli in the 42nd minute of play. Emilio Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Antonangeli in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of The Handsome Wizards UTD booed when KN ZGORZELEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthimos Ntounias didn't get a good kick on the ball. KN ZGORZELEC's Eugeniusz Kociniewski was substituted for Gilbert Gotfryd. KN ZGORZELEC's Kazimierz Chrobak was substituted for Mariusz Kaleta. After a rather tough play, The Handsome Wizards UTD's Max Thrane got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 85th minute, Claudio Antonangeli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kasey Bond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eugeniusz Kociniewski came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the KN ZGORZELEC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Kociniewski couldn't finish the play. Kazimierz Chrobak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcial Cisquella came out and tried to block the shot, but Kazimierz Chrobak slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 94th minute.
