An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Pfeifer in the 17th minute of play forced Arianos DM's goalkeeper Augusto Batalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, J.C. Mijatović got a very nice opportunity to score, but Augusto Batalla was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 21 played minutes Arianos DM got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Maiorga. Ralph Sanger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Bakar, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Victor Bakar might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ralph Sanger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Bakar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute Victor Bakar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralph Sanger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerry Fleischer struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Augusto Batalla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for B O B I S A. Ralph Sanger came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Arianos DM's Victor Bakar. But to his dismay, Victor Bakar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

Arianos DM made a substitution. Lambe Conchas replaced Victor Bakar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lambe Conchas was the one to do the kick off. If Lambe Conchas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
