The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as XL-Azrail Team's 康雄霆 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benedito Trigo. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éder Madureira in the 20th minute of play forced XL-Azrail Team's goalkeeper Nurkan Beycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nurkan Beycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benê Hoffmann in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 康雄霆 in the 26th minute of play forced Sagarana Clube's goalkeeper Benedito Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedito Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 康雄霆, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 康雄霆 took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedito Trigo. Benedito Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Sagarana Clube's Benedito Trigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Sagarana Clube from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Sagarana Clube's goalkeeper Benedito Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 康雄霆. The supporters of XL-Azrail Team booed when Sagarana Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Heidemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, 康雄霆 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 44 played minutes 康雄霆 rounded Sagarana Clube's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when 康雄霆 got free with Benedito Trigo in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, 康雄霆 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedito Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yu Yang Sang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sagarana Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Mello came free, but Benedito Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sagarana Clube's Benedito Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fatih-Sultan Tekke in the 76th minute of play. Sagarana Clube made a substitution. Bruno Salles replaced Éder Madureira. XL-Azrail Team were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Sagarana Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wieland Wipp took the corner. The corner led XL-Azrail Team's Wieland Wipp to fire away a dangerous shot which Benedito Trigo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 99th minute of the match XL-Azrail Team got a corner. Sagarana Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wieland Wipp ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Wieland Wipp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benedito Trigo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sagarana Clube's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
