Garth Brough blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aníbal Albarran having to make a save. Armin Rapone made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Flavio Di Piazza however managed to control. In the 93rd minute of the game Armin Rapone made a throw-in which Flavio Di Piazza played forward. The Lulina FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Australian Youth Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Australian Youth Academy.
