Araucampeón Retirado's Emiliano Manfredi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xanthos Fikias in the 22nd minute of play. Emiliano Manfredi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Harriet in the 27th minute of the match. Ladislao Harriet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Manfredi having to make a save. In the 34th minute Ladislao Harriet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Manfredi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Empire of Soccer's zone, Halil Okaner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uriel Malvin came out of the goal and Halil Okaner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Uriel Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Okaner in the 54th minute of the match. Halil Okaner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Empire of Soccer made a substitution. Pavlos Galanopoulos replaced Ladislao Harriet. Ilmar Pregel made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edvaldo Branco. With a little luck, Araucampeón Retirado's Emiliano Manfredi got control of the ball when Pavlos Galanopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xavier Angel Trujillo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Emiliano Manfredi made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Pavlos Galanopoulos sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Halil Okaner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Araucampeón Retirado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Pavlos Galanopoulos scored 1-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Manfredi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 89 minutes, Halil Okaner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Araucampeón Retirado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halil Okaner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pavlos Galanopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Emiliano Manfredi made a huge save. Edvaldo Branco's late challenge caught a Araucampeón Retirado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edvaldo Branco helped the player get up and apologised.
