Claes Fender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Branco threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Mark Åberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Uriel Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Fender in the 24th minute of play. Ruben Montez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Harriet, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
