Wellington Nóbrega scored 0-1 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Savas Ignatiou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Savas Ignatiou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidiu Poenaru's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After 9 played minutes DJK Füchtel Vechta got a freekick which was hit by Gerald Abd el Farrag. Savas Ignatiou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Poenaru in the 14th minute of the match. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting a goal against them. When Wellington Nóbrega came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the DJK Füchtel Vechta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wellington Nóbrega couldn't finish the play. Savas Ignatiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Poenaru in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Sotiris Vrazilianos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sotiris Vrazilianos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute Matthieu Richardot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savas Ignatiou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akakios Kazantzidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerold Zollt having to interfere. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting a goal against them. Savas Ignatiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidiu Poenaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Αστέρας Δερβενίου was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislav Lobotka to maneuver through the defense. Gerold Zollt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ntinos Kapotas in the 41st minute of the match. Gerold Zollt made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Theodosis Chronis sent off a good shot on target. Theodosis Chronis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gerold Zollt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidiu Poenaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goal looked a bit too open when Matthieu Richardot came free, but Savas Ignatiou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ovidiu Poenaru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Savas Ignatiou. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ovidiu Poenaru 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Savas Ignatiou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthieu Richardot in the 66th minute of the match. If Theodosis Chronis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DJK Füchtel Vechta made a substitution. Philipp Lahm replaced Rea Selbert. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Ren Zhan Cheng was substituted for Chris Kursawe. 81 minutes into the match, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goal looked a bit too open when Matthieu Richardot came free, but Savas Ignatiou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 played minutes DJK Füchtel Vechta got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Terstappen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodosis Chronis in the 95th minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Gerold Zollt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded DJK Füchtel Vechta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Αστέρας Δερβενίου.
