Modesto Roldanillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Columbo in the 7th minute of the match. Mystyc FC's Modesto Roldanillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Fedor in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Elias Oihenarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primo Speranza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Oihenarte came free, but Primo Speranza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Elias Oihenarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Mystyc FC's Modesto Roldanillo got control of the ball when Timoteo Columbo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Modesto Roldanillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Fedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute Elias Oihenarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primo Speranza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academia 1903's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Behçet Bostancıoğlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Mystyc FC's players had a chance to rest. Mystyc FC's Modesto Roldanillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Mystyc FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Mystyc FC's Modesto Roldanillo got control of the ball when Jakub Fedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Mystyc FC booed when Academia 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Columbo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goalkeeper Primo Speranza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elias Oihenarte. After a defensive mix-up in Mystyc FC's zone, Timoteo Columbo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Roldanillo came out of the goal and Timoteo Columbo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 62 played minutes Academia 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Figueroa. Elias Oihenarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primo Speranza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Mystyc FC made a substitution. Pastor Bras replaced Caner Erkin. Mystyc FC's Alvaro Morata was substituted for Elias Oihenarte. Modesto Roldanillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Matthäus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Matthäus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Modesto Roldanillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Matthäus in the 87th minute of play. Academia 1903's Primo Speranza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Academia 1903 from getting a goal against them. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
