Zbyszko Plech received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Primo Speranza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Academia 1903 were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after MIRA -ŁÓDZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeremias Ezkerra took the corner. Humberto Enmanuel tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Mateo Phelipe. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Columbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Phelipe was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Lucien de Neutere kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Cezary Jajecznica could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Primo Speranza made a huge save. But to his dismay, Timoteo Columbo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With an all-out effort, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Primo Speranza threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zbyszko Plech, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 37thth minute of the game Timoteo Columbo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Columbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Phelipe was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Columbo in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Academia 1903's Gérard Magyar was substituted for Jakub Fedor. Academia 1903's Harald Ek was substituted for Jeremias Ezkerra. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timoteo Columbo made a kick off. Primo Speranza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Plech in the 54th minute of the match. Primo Speranza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Jajecznica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's Timoteo Columbo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Phelipe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 64th minute of the match Academia 1903 got a corner. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Harald Ek ran over to the corner to take the kick. 66 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Matthäus. 70 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's Leon Matthäus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Phelipe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leon Matthäus succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 70th playminute. In the 80th minute, Leon Matthäus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mateo Phelipe. The goal made the score 0-5. After 83 minutes of play, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Boleslaw Zawadzki made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Primo Speranza was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Matthäus got free with Mateo Phelipe in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 89 minutes into the match, Leon Matthäus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mateo Phelipe, 1-6. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Academia 1903 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
