In the 2nd match minute, Academia 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. Sondre Helliesen kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Jon-Erik Ringvold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Columbo in the 4th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Columbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon-Erik Ringvold was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Jon-Erik Ringvold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Columbo in the 10th minute of the match. Primo Speranza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doriva Dante in the 23rd minute. Timoteo Columbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29thth minute of the game Timoteo Columbo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Helland's Jon-Erik Ringvold was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jakub Fedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon-Erik Ringvold having to interfere. Real Helland's Jon-Erik Ringvold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Columbo in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Columbo in the 40th minute of play forced Real Helland's goalkeeper Jon-Erik Ringvold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Timoteo Columbo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia 1903's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Columbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon-Erik Ringvold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Timoteo Columbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jon-Erik Ringvold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Academia 1903 made a substitution. Gérard Magyar replaced Jakub Fedor. Academia 1903's Harald Ek was substituted for Jeremias Ezkerra. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Przemyslaw Ciupierdo to strike the kick off in the second half. Real Helland's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Timoteo Columbo 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. With a little luck, Real Helland's Jon-Erik Ringvold got control of the ball when Leon Matthäus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marco Rincón hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Primo Speranza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doriva Dante's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Primo Speranza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Przemyslaw Ciupierdo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute, Leon Matthäus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jon-Erik Ringvold. The goal made the score 0-3. Jon-Erik Ringvold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Matthäus in the 86th minute. Doriva Dante might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primo Speranza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doriva Dante ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's Leon Matthäus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jon-Erik Ringvold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was a well-played corner which Gérard Magyar managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The Academia 1903 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
