Yngve Ödman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Biörnberg in the 12th minute of the match. Yngve Ödman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Biörnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Östlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 宋岩国 in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Deportivo Iguazu's goalkeeper Yngve Ödman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Apelquist. Yngve Ödman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mikael Apelquist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Apelquist got free with Yngve Ödman in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Fresta BK Väsby's Jens Blomqvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Yngve Ödman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Yngve Ödman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Biörnberg in the 35th minute of play. After 41 minutes Deportivo Iguazu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jens Blomqvist who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Henrik Biörnberg got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 4-0. 42 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Iguazu's zone, Henrik Biörnberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yngve Ödman came out of the goal and Henrik Biörnberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fresta BK Väsby made a substitution. Olov Alberg replaced Jens-Åke Månsson. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrik Biörnberg to make the kick off. The Deportivo Iguazu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yngve Ödman should have stopped the shot. Patrik Öberg scored 6-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yngve Ödman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yngve Ödman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Biörnberg in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Henning Nyman notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Deportivo Iguazu's Yngve Ödman. Yngve Ödman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fresta BK Väsby's Axel Östlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Fresta BK Väsby from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Patrik Öberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fresta BK Väsby were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Deportivo Iguazu for a fine match.
