After some careless play in the Örtomta Legends defense, Henrik Möllgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claes Stålberg. The Örtomta Legends fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claes Stålberg should have stopped the shot. Henrik Möllgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Stålberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrik Möllgren ran back to his position shaking his head. Claes Stålberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claes Stålberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 28th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claes Stålberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Örtomta Legends's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Malm was slow to take the kick. During this time SSC Ambrosini's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jan Malm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Örtomta Legends's Claes Stålberg did a great save. SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Johan Mattsson in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar-Allan Poe in the 40th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Örtomta Legends getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mai Wen hit a great ball. Örtomta Legends's Claes Stålberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 44th minute of play. Henrik Möllgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 59th minute Henrik Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Stålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Örtomta Legends's goalkeeper Claes Stålberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jan Malm kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Solheim in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Glanselius prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
