Godofredo Maule stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Möllgren's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Henrik Möllgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godofredo Maule was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, San Martin de Tucumán's goalkeeper Godofredo Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrik Möllgren. Christer Lundin's late challenge caught a San Martin de Tucumán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leszek Henryk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Shao Wei Wei could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Aaron Glanselius however easily saved by the left post. Aaron Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Henryk in the 56th minute of play. Maximo Gorri hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Henrik Möllgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godofredo Maule came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren. But to his dismay, Henrik Möllgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Möllgren in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godofredo Maule prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Henryk came free, but Aaron Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Glanselius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shao Wei Wei in the 77th minute. San Martin de Tucumán's Godofredo Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 79th minute of play. Henrik Möllgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godofredo Maule read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. SSC Ambrosini made a substitution. Magnus Fribäck replaced Christer Lundin. Henrik Möllgren took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godofredo Maule. Godofredo Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.
