The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Kiss came free, but Daniel Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gergely Dobi came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniel Urbasa could save by the left post. Daniel Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Dömötör in the 11th minute of the match. After 14 minutes Gladiadores's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Róbert Dömötör who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Csabagyöngye's Norbert Kiss getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Blas Beila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Dömötör in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Csabagyöngye's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Pettinelli came free, but Péter Mészáros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blas Beila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Péter Mészáros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Beila in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Péter Mészáros saved Csabagyöngye from getting behind. Daniel Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Dömötör in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Péter Mészáros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Gladiadores getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Tito Uchiha hit a great ball. Daniel Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Dömötör in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gladiadores's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Róbert Dömötör was slow to take the kick. During this time Csabagyöngye's players had a chance to rest. Marciano Pettinelli took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Péter Mészáros. Péter Mészáros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 39 minutes into the game, Róbert Dömötör recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Urbasa. Róbert Dömötör showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1.

Péter Mészáros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Pettinelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Fabelo in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Gabriel Fabelo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa. Daniel Urbasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Conrado Saraiva came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Csabagyöngye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Saraiva couldn't finish the play. Daniel Urbasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conrado Saraiva went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Péter Mészáros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Belo in the 95th minute of play. The supporters of Csabagyöngye booed when Gladiadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Innocenzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Csabagyöngye fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gladiadores had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
