The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Grzegorz Gdaniec to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Romulo Ponciano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miraflores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sävedalen the free kick. 50 minutes into the game, one of Miraflores:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Miraflores's zone, Grzegorz Gdaniec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gianluigi Núñez Herrera came out of the goal and Grzegorz Gdaniec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gianluigi Núñez Herrera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grzegorz Gdaniec's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If Grzegorz Gdaniec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The Sävedalen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0.
