Isaltino Durr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Morelli in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Sävedalen's Grzegorz Gdaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabiano Rago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Isaltino Durr was a little too slow when Carmine Milani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-1. After some careless play in the LIVIOFOREVER defense, Grzegorz Gdaniec kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabiano Rago. The LIVIOFOREVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Rago should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the match, LIVIOFOREVER's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Gdaniec came free, but Fabiano Rago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sävedalen booed when LIVIOFOREVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordache Pandrea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grzegorz Gdaniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabiano Rago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Gdaniec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes LIVIOFOREVER got a freekick which was hit by Youri van Eycken. Grzegorz Gdaniec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grzegorz Gdaniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Giancarlo Antognoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Isaltino Durr made a huge save. After 41 played minutes Sävedalen got a freekick which was hit by Per Mårtensson. Iordache Pandrea hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Grzegorz Gdaniec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabiano Rago having to make a save. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sävedalen's Isaltino Durr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmine Milani in the 55th minute of play. Fabiano Rago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grzegorz Gdaniec in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes Sävedalen got a freekick which was hit by Tony Snäll. Sävedalen made a substitution. Per-Olof Collin replaced Grzegorz Gdaniec. After 58 played minutes Sävedalen got a freekick which was hit by Tony Snäll. In the 63rd minute, Emanuele Morelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LIVIOFOREVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Per-Olof Collin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. LIVIOFOREVER's Fabiano Rago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save LIVIOFOREVER from getting a goal against them. LIVIOFOREVER's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Per-Olof Collin scored to the left of an out of position Fabiano Rago, making the score, 2-3. Fabiano Rago was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Per-Olof Collin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 73 minute of play. Isaltino Durr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuele Morelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LIVIOFOREVER were furious when Moisés Schmidt was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Fabiano Rago made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Per-Olof Collin sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Sävedalen getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Junior Junior hit a great ball. Isaltino Durr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmine Milani, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sävedalen's Per-Olof Collin got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. LIVIOFOREVER's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Per-Olof Collin scored to the left of an out of position Fabiano Rago, making the score, 2-5. Per-Olof Collin came free with the goalkeeper in the 99th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabiano Rago could save by the left post. The Sävedalen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
