Wilber Leon hit a great ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rank 1's goalkeeper Marcus Hagström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Marcus Hagström managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Caio da Rocha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caio da Rocha didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 14th minute. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Ulf Ros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Bueno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The corner led Rank 1's Fredric Åhman to fire away a dangerous shot which Abel Bueno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an all-out effort, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Marcus Hagström threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ilgaz Şirvan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A nice corner shot did that Quinton Marcheterre got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcus Hagström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marcus Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilgaz Şirvan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Marcus Hagström managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Ilgaz Şirvan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caio da Rocha got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-0 in the right cross in the 33rd match minute before Marcus Hagström had time to react. If Caio da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conny Vesterberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Abel Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Qikiqtarjuaq FC made a substitution. Daron Keen replaced Wilber Leon. The audience was convinced that Conny Vesterberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Bueno was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Abel Bueno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conny Vesterberg's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Conny Vesterberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 65thth minute of the game Conny Vesterberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute Caio da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Rank 1's goal looked a bit too open when Caio da Rocha came free, but Marcus Hagström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Hagström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Qikiqtarjuaq FC booed when Rank 1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Unesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 minutes Rank 1's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Miki Jungslund who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Miki Jungslund to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Hagström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Qikiqtarjuaq FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rank 1 for a fine match.
