Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) FC Bourgas's Iliyan Praskov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Danilo Aires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iliyan Praskov's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yoncho Menkov got free with Danilo Aires in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Evelio Medardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Margarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Evelio Medardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filcho Mavrikov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Urti in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filcho Mavrikov saved FC Bourgas from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bourgas's zone, Evelio Medardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filcho Mavrikov came out of the goal and Evelio Medardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the game, Margarita's Higinio Urti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filcho Mavrikov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With his leg Danilo Aires managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when FC Bourgas's Iliyan Praskov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th minute, FC Bourgas's Minko Velkushanov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. With his leg Danilo Aires managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when FC Bourgas's Iliyan Praskov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Grozdan Grigoriev kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Bourgas's Minko Velkushanov got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Severo Rivero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filcho Mavrikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filcho Mavrikov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Urti in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes FC Bourgas got a freekick which was hit by Apostol Artúchki. Adan Lorencio shot from long distance after 45 played minutes, a shot that Filcho Mavrikov with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. The supporters of FC Bourgas booed when Margarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Cristescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Aires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iliyan Praskov in the 48th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Urti to strike the kick off in the second half. Velimir Petzanov charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Velimir Petzanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Margarita's Adan Lorencio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Filcho Mavrikov. Yoncho Menkov kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, FC Bourgas's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Urti came free, but Filcho Mavrikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, FC Bourgas's goalkeeper Filcho Mavrikov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evelio Medardo. If Evelio Medardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filcho Mavrikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Higinio Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Filcho Mavrikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Margarita getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Higinio Urti hit a great ball. A collision led to FC Bourgas getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Galabin Ovcharov hit a great ball. Adan Lorencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iliyan Praskov struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Danilo Aires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bourgas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasko Ichev during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iliyan Praskov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Aires having to interfere. Filcho Mavrikov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Higinio Urti in the 90th minute. Danilo Aires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoncho Menkov in the 91st minute of play. If Iliyan Praskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95thth minute of the game Severo Rivero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bourgas's Filcho Mavrikov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Justino Aballe charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Aballe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, Margarita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Aballe to maneuver through the defense. Velimir Petzanov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Danilo Aires. Margarita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Margarita players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
