Visen Allu started the match with the kick off. Candido Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coronel Paredes in the 2nd minute of play. 6 minutes in the game Jorge Martin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gaskon Rubio. Víctor Valdés took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Visen Allu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Víctor Valdés showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Visen Allu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Víctor Valdés made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Visen Allu in the 19th minute of play. Dionisio Zubizarreta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Candido Piedra 26 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Manuel Zubiaga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Candido Piedra. Altermundi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Zubiaga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Visen Allu struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Víctor Valdés didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altermundi FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coronel Paredes in the 39th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Víctor Valdés made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Visen Allu in the 40th minute of play. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Zubizarreta in the 44th minute of the match. Henk Everts kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Coronel Paredes made the kick off in the second half. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Zubizarreta in the 52nd minute of play. Manuel Zubiaga hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Alphonso Davies made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Altermundi FC's Seran Torrijo. In the 59th minute of the game Alphonso Davies made a throw-in which Barros Cifuentes played forward. 64 minutes into the game, Calaflores FC.'s Manuel Zubiaga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Candido Piedra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 67th minute, Visen Allu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Víctor Valdés. The goal made the score 4-1. Altermundi FC's Gerónimo Molina was substituted for Visen Allu. Alphonso Davies got a throw-in 73 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Manuel Zubiaga. Víctor Valdés made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Gerónimo Molina sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Altermundi FC's Sergiu Zgrăbunţa got a free kick in the 79th minute. Candido Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Zubiaga in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Gerónimo Molina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
