The De Gulden Draak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Siim Kikas should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute Evert Heremans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Caetano Saad kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Siim Kikas. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. Leo Iigo struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Siim Kikas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CE LAJEADENSE RS. De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save De Gulden Draak from getting a goal against them. De Gulden Draak's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Leo Iigo scored to the left of an out of position Siim Kikas, making the score, 3-0. Christian Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Udo Nigula in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siim Kikas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Udo Nigula in the 25th minute of the match. Leo Iigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Siim Kikas made a huge save. In the 33rd minute Erwin Backes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Claudius Marsching got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Christian Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Heremans in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Iigo got free with Siim Kikas in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Heremans in the 45th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Christian Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

CE LAJEADENSE RS made a substitution. Renato Quadros replaced Jorge Pires. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Iigo in the 52nd minute of the match. Siim Kikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhuo Chao Chuan in the 53rd minute of play. Justin Ostrowicki charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justin Ostrowicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Siim Kikas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Christian Orlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erwin Backes. Siim Kikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhuo Chao Chuan in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Christian Orlan got control of the ball when Erwin Backes tried to sneak it across the goal line. CE LAJEADENSE RS made a substitution. Anísio Koehler replaced Caetano Saad. CE LAJEADENSE RS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bater Palma in the 73rd minute. Manuel Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Christian Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leo Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 81 minutes, Evert Heremans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Gulden Draak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Heremans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emil Fărcășan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 91 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Bater Palma. Evert Heremans might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Orlan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evert Heremans ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Zhuo Chao Chuan. Zhuo Chao Chuan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Zhuo Chao Chuan put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Siim Kikas. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans cheered their team off the field, for while De Gulden Draak had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
