A collision led to RealMadrid Club de Fútbol getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Vico Macias hit a great ball. If Ulisses Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tasos Kareklidis during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of RealMadrid Club de Fútbol:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Inter Craiova:s goal. After 81 minutes of play, RealMadrid Club de Fútbol's Ulisses Meira made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Bîndean was left in no man's land by his defense there! RealMadrid Club de Fútbol's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Ulisses Meira might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Bîndean. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulisses Meira ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulisses Meira in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Bîndean saved FC Inter Craiova from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Inter Craiova players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RealMadrid Club de Fútbol.
