A collision led to Verwachting getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ruud Geels hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Twan Hesseling in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferit Ortan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Twan Hesseling in the 20th minute of play forced Nasır SK's goalkeeper Ferit Ortan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nasır SK's Ferit Ortan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Twan Hesseling in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Zühtü Mirza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 22 minutes, Twan Hesseling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verwachting's supporters crossed their fingers, but Twan Hesseling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nasır SK's Ferit Ortan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christijan Schreuder in the 25th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christijan Schreuder made a kick off. Twan Hesseling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferit Ortan having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, Verwachting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruud Geels to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christijan Schreuder got free with Ferit Ortan in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute Okanalp Boyraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tahir Kamber fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nasır SK's protests and gave Tahir Kamber a yellow card for diving instead. Nasır SK's Turgay Kamber was substituted for Barışcan Hakan. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Savaş Ulusu during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
