Ralph Roeles came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Acheral's Toro Cavenaghi. But to his dismay, Toro Cavenaghi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Emiliano Caiola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danilo Urbasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. If Bengt Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralph Roeles made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Ian Rush sent off a good shot on target. Danilo Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan de Vlieger in the 21st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan de Vlieger in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Urbasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ralph Roeles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rufio Abalos in the 26th minute of play. Acheral were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rufio Abalos took the corner. 31 minutes into the match, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's goalkeeper Ralph Roeles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Rush. Aurken Maroño charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurken Maroño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Acheral's Danilo Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan de Vlieger in the 33rd minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Bengt Petersson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danilo Urbasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute Jan de Vlieger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralph Roeles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rufio Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Alejandro Egun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toro Cavenaghi was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zebastian Bergfeldt in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Urbasa saved Acheral from getting behind. Zebastian Bergfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Acheral's Danilo Urbasa got control of the ball when Jan de Vlieger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan de Vlieger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Urbasa having to interfere. Danilo Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Bergfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 90 minutes of play, Acheral's Ian Rush made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ralph Roeles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zebastian Bergfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Danilo Urbasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
