But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Espina couldn't finish the play. Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gez Little in the 8th minute of play. Bernardo Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Espina in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Ampthill FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Espina came free, but Bernardo Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Abeijon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Alejandro Espina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Abeijon was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Marcelino Playo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roneros F.C.'s Witomir Jestrimski was substituted for Alejandro Espina. The supporters of Roneros F.C. booed when Ampthill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fitz Pickard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fitz Pickard hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witomir Jestrimski in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Abeijon saved Ampthill FC from getting behind. Bernardo Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Jestrimski in the 80th minute of the match. Ampthill FC's Bernardo Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Jestrimski in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Witomir Jestrimski made a precise shot to the right of Bernardo Abeijon. Ampthill FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. If Alvino Serre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
