Edward Rydzewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GUSESI were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after RPF Grabarze Olesnica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Basri Tanyeli took the corner. GUSESI's Basri Tanyeli was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edward Rydzewski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 39 minutes into the game, GUSESI's Luis Tonete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Rydzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Edward Rydzewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Tonete in the 43rd minute of play. When RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Szczepan Piczak in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klement Bejgier in the 75th minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Ovidio Favila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Rydzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, GUSESI's Ovidio Favila made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Rydzewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute, Stefan Kluczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Tonete who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Edward Rydzewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as GUSESI's Ovidio Favila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edward Rydzewski. That made the score 1-6 after 84 minutes of play. Edward Rydzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Tonete in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, GUSESI's Olgierd Dawiec made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Rydzewski was left in no man's land by his defense there!
