Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edward Rydzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Frumușanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Leonard Pruss got a free kick in the 10th minute. Dinu Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ebi Smolarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Victor Lucila came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Lucila couldn't finish the play. Victor Lucila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Rydzewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Lucila in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edward Rydzewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Lucila who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Edward Rydzewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 20 minutes, Victor Lucila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Lucila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Victor Lucila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 25 minutes, Ebi Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ebi Smolarek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Victor Lucila scored to the left of an out of position Edward Rydzewski, making the score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Liviu Frumușanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Rydzewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Edward Rydzewski got control of the ball when Victor Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Maksymilian Felenak got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goalkeeper Edward Rydzewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 41 minutes, Eugeniusz Sniegowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RPF Grabarze Olesnica and the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Eugeniusz Sniegowski got a free kick in the 41st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Lucila got free with Edward Rydzewski in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Victor Lucila took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Edward Rydzewski to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Lucila was the one to do the kick off. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Florin Ciorobîtcă managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eugeniusz Sniegowski in the 52 minute of the game. RPF Grabarze Olesnica were furious when Tomass Hajto was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Moisil in the 55th minute of play forced RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goalkeeper Edward Rydzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of RPF Grabarze Olesnica:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV:s goal. RPF Grabarze Olesnica:s Edward Rydzewski showed great skill when he stopped Victor Lucila:s penalty. In the 57th minute, Victor Lucila made a precise shot to the right of Edward Rydzewski. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Edward Rydzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Lucila in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Victor Lucila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Edward Rydzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Moisil in the 68th minute of play. Liviu Frumușanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Edward Rydzewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Lucila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Rydzewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Victor Lucila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Edward Rydzewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute Victor Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Rydzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Rydzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin 雷岩 in the 87th minute of play. Victor Lucila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Rydzewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Edward Rydzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Moisil in the 91st minute of the match. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erman Uğuz in the 92nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Erman Uğuz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edward Rydzewski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edward Rydzewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Lucila's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Edward Rydzewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Lucila in the 99th minute of play. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
