Spectators: 155 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thibau Robin took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Flock of Eagles getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sabin Mergea hit a great ball. Royal Antwerp FC's Tom Rits was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Joacim Jonsson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Tom Rits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vilhelm Kvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olle Sigman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bart-Jan Van De Beeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Joacim Jonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Esbjörn Lindell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaud Vrijdag in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Flock of Eagles got a corner. Royal Antwerp FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sabin Mergea ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Jonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the Flock of Eagles defense, Thibau Robin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esbjörn Lindell. The Flock of Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esbjörn Lindell should have stopped the shot. Esbjörn Lindell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiaan Tkint in the 31st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sabin Mergea to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantijn Ruelens in the 51st minute of play forced Flock of Eagles's goalkeeper Esbjörn Lindell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Tom Rits made a precise shot to the right of Esbjörn Lindell. Flock of Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When Constantijn Ruelens came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Royal Antwerp FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantijn Ruelens couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, Royal Antwerp FC's goalkeeper Bart-Jan Van De Beeck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sabin Mergea. Esbjörn Lindell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thibau Robin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Esbjörn Lindell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thibau Robin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Thibau Robin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Lindell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thibau Robin in the 64th minute of play forced Flock of Eagles's goalkeeper Esbjörn Lindell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calle Åström's late challenge caught a Royal Antwerp FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calle Åström helped the player get up and apologised. Calle Åström kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Heggert lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Flock of Eagles fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! In the 75th minute, Thibau Robin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esbjörn Lindell was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Flock of Eagles made a substitution. Christoffer Kock replaced Olle Sigman. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabin Mergea got free with Bart-Jan Van De Beeck in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esbjörn Lindell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thibau Robin went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Flock of Eagles's Esbjörn Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiaan Tkint in the 91st minute of play. Christiaan Tkint took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esbjörn Lindell. Esbjörn Lindell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1.
