Sancho Vivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Montiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute Evelio Terres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sancho Vivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nofre Ibarrola in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santino Mora saved Club Deportivo Santiago from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's Nofre Ibarrola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santino Mora narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rafael Criales kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nofre Ibarrola in the 21st minute of play. Santino Mora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nofre Ibarrola, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the Club Deportivo Santiago defense, Nofre Ibarrola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santino Mora. The Club Deportivo Santiago fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santino Mora should have stopped the shot. When Fix Aguilar fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's protests and gave Fix Aguilar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's Fix Aguilar got a free kick in the 27th minute. Sancho Vivero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Terres in the 29th minute of the match. Nofre Ibarrola had several of the Club Deportivo Santiago's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Santino Mora as he didn't even see the shot coming. Özen Günsels short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Santino Mora to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th minute, Leonardo Meca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nofre Ibarrola in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santino Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 38 played minutes Club Deportivo Santiago got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Meca. In the 40th minute, Nofre Ibarrola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's Nofre Ibarrola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santino Mora narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rafael Criales kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goal looked a bit too open when Nofre Ibarrola came free, but Santino Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arturo Montiel to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Iturri Vergas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iturri Vergas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 54 minutes, Leonardo Meca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo Santiago and the ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nofre Ibarrola in the 57th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Nofre Ibarrola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santino Mora was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Nofre Ibarrola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santino Mora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nofre Ibarrola, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Nofre Ibarrola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santino Mora read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goal looked a bit too open when Nofre Ibarrola came free, but Santino Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santino Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nofre Ibarrola in the 88th minute of play. Leonardo Meca hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Simão das Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportivo Santiago the free kick. Simão das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
