River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damián Åkerman in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, River Plate ® 9-12's Muhammet Ökten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robert Abbondanzieri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dionisio Abecia kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Rigoberto Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nino Manfredi in the 16th minute of play. The corner ended in Augustinas Gavorskis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar did a great save. Rigoberto Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustinas Gavorskis, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Placido Silvanitos short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Robert Abbondanzieri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Robert Abbondanzieri managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when River Plate ® 9-12's Muhammet Ökten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 26thth minute of the game Augustinas Gavorskis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustinas Gavorskis in the 30th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Rigoberto Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Bihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustinas Gavorskis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Placido Silvanito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Abbondanzieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Deportivo Medievales got a corner. River Plate ® 9-12's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Augustinas Gavorskis ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Deportivo Medievales's Tomas Sazon getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The Deportivo Medievales fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Deportivo Medievales's Augustinas Gavorskis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A hard shot 46 in the game by Placido Silvanito from a close distance when the talented Robert Abbondanzieri managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo Medievales's players were relieved. After 46 played minutes Deportivo Medievales got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Sazon. The River Plate ® 9-12 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Deportivo Medievales were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Placido Silvanito to make the kick off. The throw-in from Gustavo Gar in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by River Plate ® 9-12's Akhilleus Rallis. Nino Manfredi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Bihar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After 58 played minutes River Plate ® 9-12 got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Christian. River Plate ® 9-12's Muhammet Ökten got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Medievales made a substitution. Eleuterio Ovando replaced Gustavo Gar. Robert Abbondanzieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhammet Ökten in the 67th minute of the match. Rigoberto Bihar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augustinas Gavorskis in the 73rd minute. Luca Langoni hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. River Plate ® 9-12 made a substitution. Cayetano Iratxo replaced Muhammet Ökten. In the 77th minute, Luca Langoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Christian hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Robert Abbondanzieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Jimeno, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Rigoberto Bihar made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Augustinas Gavorskis sent off a good shot on target. Augustinas Gavorskis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Rigoberto Bihar made a huge save. Placido Silvanito hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Medievales walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
