But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezary Kossakowski couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Florian Chodzinski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blaugrana Stare Tychy's goalkeeper Florian Chodzinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Florian Chodzinski was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Augustinas Gavorskis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Augustinas Gavorskis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The corner led Deportivo Medievales's Tomas Sazon to fire away a dangerous shot which Florian Chodzinski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Florian Chodzinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustinas Gavorskis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. A collision led to Blaugrana Stare Tychy getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Robustiano Gaur hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cezary Kossakowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Cezary Kossakowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Abbondanzieri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Medievales's goalkeeper Robert Abbondanzieri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barnaba Zawaski. Deportivo Medievales's Eriberto Dalmai was substituted for Jeremías Tindall. Deportivo Medievales's Eleuterio Ovando was substituted for Gustavo Gar. After 77 played minutes Deportivo Medievales got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Ovando. A collision led to Deportivo Medievales getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Tomas Sazon hit a great ball. Robert Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Kossakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Feliks Jazwiec dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robert Abbondanzieri, 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo Medievales fans cheered their team off the field, for while Blaugrana Stare Tychy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
