After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Zé Pedro Montana managed to get in a good position for a shot. DaLian MyLord FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Pedro Montana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christos Perivolakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neal Wakefield took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zinédine Papoutsiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the DaLian MyLord FC defense, Lv Hai Chong kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Neal Wakefield. The DaLian MyLord FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Neal Wakefield should have stopped the shot. MICE F.C.'s Christos Perivolakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save MICE F.C. from getting a goal against them. Zé Pedro Montana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christos Perivolakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Neal Wakefield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Hai Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, DaLian MyLord FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zinédine Papoutsiadis came free, but Neal Wakefield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The DaLian MyLord FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MICE F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for MICE F.C..
