Eskil Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Natalucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 19 minutes, Armando Natalucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glasgow Rangers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Natalucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eskil Vester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Natalucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Natalucci in the 26th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Armando Natalucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 28 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Fellipe Valle. After 32 played minutes Glasgow Rangers FC got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Placidi. 34 minutes in the game Stavros Bantis did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Pran Labitte. Glasgow Rangers FC's Dave Clemente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Cascajares in the 35th minute of play.

53 minutes into the game, October 04's Emilio Cascajares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dave Clemente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Eskil Vester made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Natalucci in the 57th minute. October 04's Eskil Vester proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save October 04 from getting a goal against them. Armando Natalucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eskil Vester read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Valle in the 68th minute of play forced Glasgow Rangers FC's goalkeeper Dave Clemente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Glasgow Rangers FC's Armando Natalucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eskil Vester narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dave Clemente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe Valle in the 77th minute of the match. Glasgow Rangers FC made a substitution. Carlo Attili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eskil Vester read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Stavros Bantis hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Carlo Attili had to leave the field with a concussion. Harvey Elliott's late challenge caught a Glasgow Rangers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harvey Elliott helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Glasgow Rangers FC booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Elliott didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Antonio Riccitelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
