Pankracy Pasterski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Lobo in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cui Liang Xiong in the 14th minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Renato Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ari Hakanpää had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cihat Cevval in the 19th minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Renato Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Nicu Nicuşor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucílio Figueiras in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Pasterski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 played minutes Sporting Clube de Gaya got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Hats. Renato Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cui Liang Xiong in the 34th minute of play. Pankracy Pasterski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Hats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renato Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cihat Cevval in the 38th minute of the match. Armando Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Pankracy Pasterski made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Gaya's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Antoniu came free, but Renato Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Sporting Clube de Gaya got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Garcez. After a rather tough play, Stal Sanok's Uriel Ariando got a free kick in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Pankracy Pasterski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredy Montero in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Cihat Cevval could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Renato Vargas however easily saved by the left post. Renato Vargas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cihat Cevval showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Matias Lobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dragoş Antoniu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Renato Vargas made a huge save. Boleslaw Dres scored 0-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Renato Vargas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Renato Vargas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredy Montero in the 95th minute of play forced Stal Sanok's goalkeeper Pankracy Pasterski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stal Sanok played a much better game than Sporting Clube de Gaya and deserved their victory. The Sporting Clube de Gaya players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
