Carqueja were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Compostela FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mario Vielva took the corner. Mario Vielva made a great header on Carqueja's corner, it was just that Compostela FSCMZ's Cesar Peyo managed to reach the ball for a save. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Cesar Peyo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Compostela FSCMZ booed when Carqueja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. James Lucena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Justino Loramendi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cordairo Segura came out and tried to block the shot, but Justino Loramendi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 62nd minute. Jaroslaw Niezgoda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordairo Segura having to interfere. When Robert Kornatowski fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Compostela FSCMZ's protests and gave Robert Kornatowski a yellow card for diving instead. Robert Kornatowski kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match.
