Servet Bahçıvan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Racoviceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guy Durant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ertan Akağan's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ertan Akağan in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guy Durant saved Lyon 69ers from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ertan Akağan put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Guy Durant. If Mevlüt Başer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Servet Bahçıvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anatol Hönes in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Anatol Hönes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Servet Bahçıvan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Tolga Demirer kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match Sebastian Silvian sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Servet Bahçıvan skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anatol Hönes in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Servet Bahçıvan saved 68Aksarayspor from getting behind. 43 minutes into the match, 68Aksarayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Anatol Hönes came free, but Servet Bahçıvan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anatol Hönes made a kick off. Mevlüt Başer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guy Durant having to interfere. In the 54th minute Ahmet Davut Konuralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Durant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Servet Bahçıvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anatol Hönes in the 64th minute of play. Tom Beaune's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Servet Bahçıvan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After 68 played minutes 68Aksarayspor got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Tolga Demirer. The Lyon 69ers fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Lyon 69ers's Anatol Hönes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nejat Alp Adak hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Servet Bahçıvan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rodolphe Sol. Guy Durant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ertan Akağan in the 76th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, 68Aksarayspor's goalkeeper Servet Bahçıvan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anatol Hönes. After a rather tough play, 68Aksarayspor's Oğuzcan Ülgen got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, 68Aksarayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Beaune came free, but Servet Bahçıvan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Lyon 69ers were awarded a corner. Marian Racoviceanu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Lyon 69ers's Marian Racoviceanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Servet Bahçıvan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tom Beaune kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Lyon 69ers got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Silvian. When the final whistle sounded Lyon 69ers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 68Aksarayspor.
