An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 11th minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Paredes Fortes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Compostela FSCMZ's zone, Alfred Schrijns stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Peyo came out of the goal and Alfred Schrijns tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cesar Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Ibar in the 56th minute of the match. Paredes Fortes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justino Loramendi in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paredes Fortes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Niezgoda came free, but Paredes Fortes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, AKI CORINTHIANS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeu Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. Compostela FSCMZ's Jefferson Sousa was substituted for Dragoş Ţiţeica.
