Ziemowit Harasimowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İbrahim Volkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Sengrat in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aguinaga Nebot saved Esmeraldas S.C. from getting behind. Aguinaga Nebot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 16 minutes Esmeraldas S.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amadeo Patrido who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Amadeo Patrido got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aguinaga Nebot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Martinez Cines might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ziemowit Harasimowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martinez Cines ran back to his position shaking his head. When Martinez Cines came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Esmeraldas S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martinez Cines couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Sengrat made a kick off. No vino el 5's Ziemowit Harasimowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save No vino el 5 from getting a goal against them. Damian Maftei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ziemowit Harasimowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the match, Damian Maftei got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ziemowit Harasimowicz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Damian Maftei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Maftei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ziemowit Harasimowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santo Celio kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Flavio Valines was substituted for Martinez Cines. A collision led to No vino el 5 getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Santo Celio hit a great ball. Ziemowit Harasimowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Maftei in the 76th minute of the match. İbrahim Volkans short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Ziemowit Harasimowicz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st match minute, No vino el 5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Celio to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Stefanos Terzopoulos in the 81st minute really tested Ziemowit Harasimowicz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Ziemowit Harasimowicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 87th minute, Celso Villamediana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Amadeo Patrido came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the No vino el 5 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Patrido couldn't finish the play. Ziemowit Harasimowicz made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when İbrahim Volkan sent off a good shot on target. Ermegildo Bartoleme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esmeraldas S.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
